This project involved the complete fit-out and furnishing of a four-star hotel under the global Marriott brand, executed in two phases:
Phase 01:
Included the furnishing and interior fit-out of 169 guest rooms, covering standard rooms, suites, and accessible rooms. The scope also included critical back-of-house services such as IT and electrical rooms, pantries, elevators, and staircases—completed according to Marriott’s brand specifications and operational standards.
Phase 02:
Focused on the fit-out and furnishing of the hotel's public areas, including: Meeting halls and a business center Indoor and outdoor dining areas with a main kitchen Gym, sauna, and locker rooms Prayer rooms, reception area, coffee lounge, and media rooms Administrative offices, laundry and uniform rooms, and CCTV control room The project reflects our commitment to delivering integrated interior solutions that meet international hospitality standards with precision and attention to detail.
